Domaine Jean Monnier et Fils produces a wide range of wines from Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Volnay, Pommard, and Beaune. At the domaine, winemaking is designed to respect and enhance the natural character of each wine. The aim is to preserve the unique expression of the terroir and to accompany the wine in developing its own identity, without forcing it. All wines are aged in French oak barrels (élevage en fûtde chêne français), with ageing times carefully adapted to each vintage. This ensures a harmonious balance between structure and freshness. The use of oak is measured and discreet, applied with restraint, so as not to mask the aromas and to allow the fruit to shine through.
