Terroir and location

The historic capital of Burgundy wines, Beaune is renowned for its famous Hospices. The vineyards surrounding the town, ideally exposed from east to south, produce wines of depth and personality.

The parcel from which this wine originates lies to the south of the Beaune appellation, near the border with Pommard. It enjoys excellent exposure and clay-limestone soils rich in white marl.

Tasting notes

Beaune Premier Cru Les Montrevenots develops a delicate bouquet of ripe red fruits with subtle floral notes. On the palate, it opens fresh and silky, revealing an elegant structure with fine, well-integrated tannins.

Food and wine pairing

Beaune-Montrevenots pairs beautifully with white meats such as veal or lamb. It also complements rib-eye steak or grilled duck. With cheese, it harmonises wonderfully with soft and creamy varieties.
