Terroir and location

In the heart of the Côte de Beaune, Meursault lies at the foot of the vineyards. Its clay-limestone soils and east-to-south exposure give the wines remarkable balance and elegance.

The parcel from which this wine is produced lies to the east of the village, in the lieu-dit l’Hôpital de Meursault. Its soil is clay and sand based.

Tasting notes

Our Bourgogne Aligoté captivates with its brightness and liveliness. On the nose, it reveals a fruity and floral bouquet with notes of green apple, lemon, and white flowers. On the palate, it delights with crisp acidity and citrus notes, making it a refreshing and expressive wine, perfect to enjoy young.

Food and wine pairing

Its freshness and liveliness make it an ideal companion for seafood. It perfectly balances the briny character of oysters and grilled fish with citrus notes, and also makes a delightful aperitif.
