Terroir and location

In the heart of the Côte de Beaune, Meursault lies at the foot of the vineyards. Its clay-limestone soils and east-to-south exposure give the wines remarkable balance and elegance.

The parcels used for this wine are located east of the village, in the lieu-dit l’Hôpital de Meursault. The soil is clay-sandy in texture.

Tasting notes

On the nose, our Bourgogne Côte d’Or Rouge reveals aromas of red and black fruits, accented by subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is supple and delicate, driven by fruit and fine tannins.

Food and wine pairing

Our wine is the perfect match for simple yet flavourful pairings. It brightens aperitifs with charcuterie, gourmet salads, or warm toasts. At the table, it pairs delicately with grilled poultry, white or roasted meats, and highlights mild soft cheeses.
